The Aigo website states that this product holds "2000 songs". WELL IT DOES'NT; it only holds 500. This might be enough if they're just songs, but if you want to record audio books, you'll find it difficult to get more than two books on it, which only needs 512MB.

Like a lot of people I was initially pleased with my purchase of this player but it broke after less than three months. It just stopped and new batteries couldn't revive it.
Have contact Amazon to see if they could send a replacement.
Wouldn't recommend this item if this keeps on happening though.

I would not recomend this product to anyone as I had a very bad customer service experiance, no one answers the phone I tried to call the customer service many times on thier money generating number 0871 288 0536 and I was not able to speak to no one as the number goes dead after 15 - 20 minutes of waiting. Dealing with them via e-mail is very very slow.
My request was simply replacing a faulty product. I think the time taking in dealing with this ticket is unacceptable and the service provided is also unacceptable. support provided and the time taking to deal with my request and the fact that I can not get through to by phone despite many times of trying and loosing around £10 of calls costs trying to speak to the customer service department.

I bought this item over a year ago at half price. didn't have much hope for it. But It has been fantastic. Took it to hospital with me. I have used it sometimes all through the night. It does what it says. only drawback, i have very damaged eyesight and cannot see the headings without my glasses. Value for money, perfomance, durability, I have taxed them all to the limit. Highly recomended
