I've never owned an MP3 player before, so have nothing to compare it with, but maybe even more impressive then that I could open the box, load the software, and have it running within 10 mins. It's slightly heavier and thicker than I expected but still lovely:-) Everything you need is in the box, including a lead for charging it from the mains, the radio works well, as does the microphone and the pictures. Haven't tried the video yet, but very happy I got this.

I read loads of reviews and finally settled on the Zen Vision. What a fantastic bit of kit, it does everything they say it will and it's so easy to use. Battery life is really good, obviously the more you search for stuff and have the backlight on the quicker it runs down. Filling it up and deleting things is also dead easy, the supplied software looks a bit confusing, but you don't need to use it. Done all mine so far from Windows Media Player and My Computer. If you're worried about scratching it then get a skin for it. I cannot believe how good it is! SGAD.
