I have recently bought the iRiver Clix 2 and have used it everyday, its fantastic. It is easy to use and has some great functions, the software is user friendly and it sounds great!
I would recommend buying one and would buy one again without question. Good luck with your decision, but you won't go wrong with the iRiver Clix for the money its fab!!

Have been on the lookout for a good MP3 player for a while,to replace my aging & well used MP3 player.
This is a good simple MP3 player,yes it plays videos,but I'm more intrested in sound quality & oh boy...this has got plenty of that.!!!
I mainly listen to psy-trance & Electro Dance music & this unit is faultless.Don't bother with the supplied earphones,if you're going to spend over £100 on the MP3 player,then source yourself a good set of ear/headphones.
I currently use the Shure E500PTH.
If you're still not sure,after reading mine & other peoples reviews,then take a look at Trusted Reviews.com

This look good and the sound quality is super. However as with most pre-packaged earphones an upgrade is in order to fully gain access to the iriver sound quality
This MP player is brilliant for the gym due to its very easy interface that is so intuitive you dont even need to look at to alter song, artist etc. (handy when you are running etc).

I have recently purchased an I river clix 2, it is absolutely amazing! The sound is superb, it looks gorgeous, the video/screen quality is ridiculously good!
I definitely recommend this player, it destroys the Ipod nano - everything about the clix 2 is superior to an Ipod!
The only critism i have ever heard about this player was that you could not organise music in artist/album/songs, you can do this now on i river clix 2!
There is nothing that could be improved on this player, I seriously recommend getting a clix 2!

I am very impressed with this player. The styling is simple and elegant -- there are no words on the front, not even the silly "menu" word. The screen is fantastic. Sound is great (on Sennheiser sport headphones -- I have not tried the supplied phones). Vocals are very clear. In classical music I can hear the individual instruments - this level of detail usually requires a good hifi setup. The menu navigation is very simple and easy. On the first day with the Clix I took it running. It passed the test: I could change volume and song track just by reaching into my pocket without looking (but always use the hold button at the bottom if you are running).
