Very pleased with the sony, the sound is good and I found it very easy to use, I connected it straight to windows media and was up and running without any problems, I found the sony alot easier to use than the i-pod and i-tunes

Great little mp3 player with excellent sound quality and brilliant battery life.
My only gripe is that there is no video player.. which is strange as the sony website clearly says the nwz-s515 can play videos. I experimented a little and managed to get the sound from an mp4 file, but no picture.
Great little music gizmo though.

After reading some reviews on other Sony mp3 players, I was concerned that i was out of my depth to even consider buying one for myself. This one, however, exceeded my expectations by being both simple to use and ruddy marvellous. I now walk around everywhere with a smug grin on my face knowing i have all my favourite tunes in a tiny little box. It really is that simple. I realised that spending an extra £20, rather than getting one of the flash players, was a worthwhile investment. I'm planning to get some different headphones but that's a minor point as i've never liked in-ear headphones....they just don't stay put. Buy this and you'll also be grinning while you bounce your way to wherever you have to go.

This is so easy to use. Took a couple of hours to charge up initially but then within minutes I was filling it with sounds. The headphones are the usual naff type included with this kind of purchase but with my Koss Porta Pros the sound is supreme with plenty of balls. I downloaded Sony's new management software but I think using WM11 or dragging and dropping in windows explorer is easier.

I wanted a MP3 player for my wife, a technophobe, who is reluctant to give up her Sony tape cassette. This Sony MP3 has done the trick and with one showing she can operate it. Quality etc brilliant and easy for me to download to.
