Techsplosion poor service and faulty products - 23 Oct 2007

I really wouldn't purchase anything from this supplier, I have had a nightmare dealing with their customer service. The 12 month warranty given has not been honoured and they still haven't resolved the fault with an MP3 I purchased, despite numerous phone calls and emails.

Excellent reproduction on music, dictaphone and radio settings.
Instructions easy to understand and execute. Simple button usage.
It does everything that it stated, and that I wanted it to do.
Also has "sleep timer" [power off] mode which is a bonus if you
wan't to go to sleep listening to it!
Although only having 512MB on board, I find this sufficient for my needs.
Good looking unit.
Very fast delivery from retailer.
One of my best buys. A+++++

Does exactly what it says it should. Sound is great, build quality decent and easy to use. Don't let the price fool you - this is a bargain and you should grab it quickly with both hands!
